Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System. New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.Įxcavation work means the use of any excavation machinery and the use of jackhammers, rock breakers, excavators, loaders, or the like, regardless of whether the activities disturb or alter the natural state of the existing ground stratum or are breaking up/removing materials from the site and includes the unloading of plant or machinery associated with excavation work. Shift Work means any method of organising work in shifts whereby workers succeed each other at the same work stations according to a certain pattern, including a rotating pattern, and which may be continuous or discontinuous, entailing the need for workers to work at different times over a given period of days or weeks Įxtra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Hot Work means work involving electric or gas welding, cutting, brazing, or similar flame or spark-producing operations. The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.Ĭontract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined. This includes all fundraisers, summer practices, summer camp, etc. System step: If the AgMove Participant commenced Harvest Work prior to signing an AgMove Agreement, the HTS Provider must obtain the Harvest Employer and Harvest Vacancy details, verify that the undertaken Harvest Work is in accordance with this Guideline and the Deed, enter a Harvest Vacancy into the Department’s IT Systems, and refer and place the AgMove Participant in that Vacancy in accordance with the signed AgMove Agreement. Within 14 days of your Harvest Work commencing, You must provide Us with invoices, receipts or other evidence of your relocation costs.Įligible AgMove ExpensesAgMove Payments are flexible and can be used to help an AgMove Participant with travel, accommodation and some employment related costs that are directly associated with a temporary relocation to take up Harvest Work.Īll Harvest Work that contributes to the AgMove Participant meeting AgMove Placement eligibility requirements must be recorded in the Department’s IT Systems and in the AgMove Agreement. The role of HTS Providers Harvest Trail Services (HTS) Providers will administer AgMove to Eligible Harvest Workers who relocate to a Harvest Area to commence Harvest Work arranged or confirmed by a HTS Provider in accordance with the Deed and this Guideline. Preferably the AgMove Agreement will be signed by both parties prior to the worker relocating to commence Harvest Work.Īn AgMove Agreement may be entered into when a worker has already relocated and commenced Harvest Work on or after 1 November 2020 without a pre-arranged AgMove Agreement.
